Double bedroom with a built in wardrobe. The house is very warm with all day sun in kitchen and lounge along with double glazed bedroom windows. House is heated by a heat pump and fire with a wetback - good for winter electrically bills. Has a garage down stairs with plenty of bench space for tinkering or storage. Fully fenced front and back yard with room for gardening if that is your thing. Off street parking for two cars shared with other flatmates. Quiet area with a 10 minute drive to the CBD and beaches.

House is furnished, but bedroom is not. Flatting with three others in their early to mid twenties. Expenses are seperate and split between everyone. Current flatmates have cats, sorry no more pets allowed.

$155 per week. Bond 3 weeks rent with rent to be paid in advance.
