Hazel Avenue

Looking for a 1x flat mate in a 5 bedroom flat (currently have total 4 flat mates), at 27 Hazel Avenue, off Dominion Road, Mt Eden for ideally a year (but okay if less than this) My partner and I have just moved in, but are happy for a move in late December, early January. The flat has pretty great access to State Highway 20 and 16 and is right off Dominion Road, which means just a short walk away for a nice feed! The flat is a 5 bedroom flat with newly renovated 2x bathrooms and 1x kitchen, as per the images. The top floor has 2 bedrooms which will be occupied by my partner and I separately, and there is a bathroom upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, with 1 renovated bathroom and kitchen, a spacious dining area and a lounge. Off-street parking that can fit more than 5 cars as per the image!! You will be flatting with me, a junior doctor at North Shore Hospital, my partner Irene Huang who is a veterinarian, Mohammed Al-Diery, who is also a junior doctor and Jonathan Soulsby a computer engineer at MyFoodBag. We are all tidy, clean, sociable people (but also respectful of space and noise), and would like to find a flatmate who is similarly tidy and clean. The rent for the room is $150 per week, it is the smaller room in the photos (2nd to last photo). There is room plan for the approximate sizing of the room. As we have only moved it, we are still organizing furnishings, so have not posted a picture of the flat yet, as it is covered with boxes as we are moving in still. I will update the photos once we have fully moved in. However, currently, the flat is fully functioning with a large fridge (big enough for 5 people), washing machine, microwave, cutlery, bowls and plates and cooking materials, and we have electricity, and gas sorted and are on a gigantic fibre plan (Average download 861.8 Mbps) and we are about to transfer 2 nice couches from my flatmates old place. I am Gordon, I am a junior doctor at North Shore Hospital, in my free time, I play 11 aside football socially for a club during Winter (with Mo the other flatmate), and am into marathon running and gyming.

Irene is my partner, who is a veterinarian, who is also into marathon running, but also is into painting and arts and crafts. I will ask my flatmates to write a small blurb about themselves and edit this later.
