Lovely house in The Lakes. Built in 2016 feels like new still 😁 Room is a standard double with double wardrobe. Comes furnished with a double bed, set of drawers, full length mirror. Gets lovely morning sun and has both a privacy blind and blockout blind.

You will also have sole use of the main bathroom (except for the occasional visitor) which has an awesome shower and bath and is across hallway from bedroom.

Rent includes internet, Netflix, neon, and Disney Plus on smart TV in lounge, lawns, gardens, rubbish, water and power (reasonable use). Just sort your own essentials and food - happy to cook together sometimes too if it works out.

The house is well set up and fully furnished so you just need your personal items. Two outdoor areas, fully fenced backyard.

House is on Landing Drive and a really great location. Easy access to all major highways and toll road. Close to Tauranga Crossing Mall and an easy walk to bus stops, walk or cycle 1km round lake to the Four Square, Maude restaurant and bar, and takeaways. Access to the walkway around the lake is just across the road. Lots of nice walking/running/cycling tracks nearby. Easy drive to CBD through toll road or cycle through Kopurererua Valley.

I’m 44 female, and work in consulting, marketing and not-for-profit. I have two daughters 12 and 10 who are here every second week. They are cool kids, well behaved, tidy, and don’t take over the house.

This is a family home so not a party house. But we do play music and have fun. No smokers, no couples. We just want to share our space with a decent human 😃
