Weylin's room

We are looking for a new flat mate for the third bedroom of our villa. A cocker spaniel puppy called Humphrey lives here too and sometimes a dalmatian called Percy stays over.

Location: We are on a sleepy road with plenty of on street parking. Less than 5 min walk to Ponsonby & Jervois Road for bars, Cafés, restaurants etc.

The house: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, combined living and kitchen, a palm lined back garden with bbq and deck area and pretty front porch perfect for sipping iced tea on warm Alabama nights - yes sir. There is a freshly weeded vegetable garden planter with your name on it. The room is bright with high ceilings and built in wardrobe. You would share the main bathroom with one other and sometimes you might have to share your seat with Humphrey.

Bills (power, water, gas, fibre) split monthly - approx $100-120. Bond is 4 weeks rent - $1080.

Two existing flatmates 31m and 31f. Young professionals. Not afraid of a bottle of wine, bbqs, nights outs etc
