Located in central Fendalton there is a bus stop outside the front door that will get people to the city in 10 minutes. Very close to the University, malls, restaurant, shops and the airport. The house is 5 bedrooms with two bathrooms upstairs and a self contained unit downstairs. The property is fully fenced and I have 2 friendly female Siberian Huskys. The front gates are electronic. There is on site secure parking. It is a fully and well furnished house. The photos attached show the room available and the shared bathroom with 1 other directly opposite. The room itself has a double internal wardrobe, queen bed and side table. There is access from the room to a shared balcony. The bathroom has a fully tiled shower and spa bath, toilet and basin .
About the roomies
In addition to the owner there are two professional flatmates. All 3 existing flatmates are full time employed.
