Located in central Fendalton there is a bus stop outside the front door that will get people to the city in 10 minutes. Very close to the University, malls, restaurant, shops and the airport. The house is 5 bedrooms with two bathrooms upstairs and a self contained unit downstairs. The property is fully fenced and I have 2 friendly female Siberian Huskys. The front gates are electronic. There is a garage space available. It is a fully and well furnished house. The photos attached show the room available and bathroom opposite. The room itself has a double internal wardrobe, queen bed and side table. There is access from the room to a shared balcony. The bathroom is directly opposite the bedroom and is fully tiled with shower, toilet, basin and spa bath.
About the roomies
In addition to the owner there are two flatmates. One is doing an engineering PHD and the other an engineering undergraduate degree.
