I live in Fendalton and have a bus stop outside the front door that will get people to the city in 10 minutes. The house is 5 bedrooms with two bathrooms upstairs and a self contained unit downstairs. The property is fully fenced and I have 2 friendly female Siberian Huskys. The front gates are electronic. There is a garage space available. It is a fully and well furnished house. The photos attached show the room available and bathroom opposite.
