Hi Guys, I have two large rooms in my 3bedroom 2bathroom home coming available in July. In CHURTON PARK, I work shift work and in my early 30s so this isn’t a party home. Always happy to have a chat and head out for dinner and catch up when we can. At the same time respecting our alone time as well. We love to live in a really clean and tidy home - this is really important to us here. We have everything that’s needed so all you’d need is your bedroom furniture. Street parking available with public transport not far, and the local shops just around the corner as well with new world as well. Bills are split between us and rent is $250 per week. One room with an ensuite $290. Bond is $1000 :) Happy to answer any questions and organise a time to view the property as well
