There are girls that will be renewing the lease for another 12 months at the start of feb, so this can be a long term place.

Great location - walking distance to the waterfront, good public transport (3 min drive from train), and close to the supermarket!
Rent is $235 p/w (including bills)

About the roomies
You would be joining a group of girls in their early/mid twenties. During the week we all work full time/ study and are quite busy with our own things. Come the weekend we are often a social bunch. Always down for a chitchat, movie night or cheeky cocktail evening!
