North Road

The flat is on 198 North Road, North East Valley. It’s a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Looking for someone around the same age (19-20) either studying or working. Rent is $160 p/w excl. utilities with a bond of 4 weeks’ rent. The house comes with a fridge, washer and dryer, and a heat pump (and maybe some furnishings). It’s a 20 min walk to uni campus through the Botanic Gardens. (bit of a walk but the wonderful Dunedin weather will make up for it 😃) We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and responsible and up for a fun night in or out, but knows when to get their heads down. You’ll be living with 3 guys going into their 2nd year of studies, studying different sciences and a gal who’ll be working full-time. We’re an active bunch and dabble in our respective sports but also enjoy some quality time as a group for downtime.
