Cath&Al's room

We have a very large double furnished room available in our spacious & sunny 4 bedroom home.

We offer more of a “home / family” vibe rather than a “flat” vibe.

We absolutely love to have people from all cultures. Alistair is fluent in German. Cath & Carlos are fluent in Spanish. Dot is from the Philippines.

We will require 2 weeks bond + 2 weeks rent in advance.

We offer you a large furnished room with double wardrobe built in. This room will share one bathroom with one other room.

The expenses on top of the rent will be $25 per week. This will cover power, gas, internet, and general cleaning items.

It is a sunny 1960s home built on a 1/4 acre section in a central part of the city.

-Off-street parking is available for 1 car

-Aircon/heat pump unit in the lounge.

-Spa pool available for private use.

-Fully furnished home.

The house is to be shared with the homeowners (1 x couple), their 18 yr old son, and one other female flat mate.

We have 5 x chickens, and 3 x cats.

We are looking for a person who is friendly, clean and respectful - references would be appreciated.

Strictly no smokers / vapers
