It has It’s own private tiled bathroom with a walk in wardrobe between the bedroom and bathroom. It also has access to an elevated deck through it’s own ranchslider door. The deck has an open roof showcasing the natural view of the sky and sunshine. For safety because of the height of the deck it is enclosed and has a glass window to take in the water view of the beautiful Panmure basin that’s in 5 mins walking distance, where you can enjoy the picturesque 3km or 30 minute walk around it daily, which is nice. This Penthouse apartment has 2 bathrooms 3 bedrooms 1 master with walk in wardrobe and private bathroom and 2 double rooms with built-in wardrobes sharing the second and main bathroom. The laundry is in the main bathroom. There is a study nook in the hallway and the kitchen dining and lounge are in a open plan setting that has views of Mt Wellington Mountain and the Panmure basin water from the second deck. Everything is on your doorstep. You don’t need a car. It’s only minutes to walk to bus stops and the train station plus all the Panmure restaurants, cafes and assorted shops, beautiful parks, playgrounds and tamaki beaches and walk ways and cycling tracks they offer for everyone to enjoy.

I am a peaceful responsible mature man in my early 50“s renting out an extra room in my apartment. I don’t drink, smoke or do drugs. I like to be sober minded and always clear headed making wise decisions when needed. There is a high i partake of when i can. I do enjoy a good laugh as i understand, it is like meicine to our wellbeing. Healthy laughter is a beautiful sound. I don’t have people over regularly, i go visit family and friends when i can. I’m not a party’r so home is always a peaceful sanctuary and a joy to be grateful for each day, having a decent roof over one’s head.
