Verdale Circle

Hey there, so we have total 3 bedrooms ,1 which is (occupied)next to me is the one. I have another room which is just below hall which i wanna advertise about .hall is also full furnished with sofa ,tv and kitchen have mostly everything. The glen eden station is literally 10 min walk also bus stop are well connected. We have a garage but generally used to store things . Washing machine is not available temporarily due to malfunction and shared bathroom with a shower . Just want a roommate who is working as well as can keep room clean. TO be honest its not quiet iin the morning cause i am a student and have to run all around the house early in the morning so i wanna be open about it.

I am a student living with my dad and then another person living as a rommie with us just next to me( kitchen and hall is shared)
