Lovely newly renovated house, about 20minute walk from the University. Great deck & great views. 8 rooms inside, 2 sleepouts. Room is a sleep-out right in front of the house (willing to swap you to an inside room if this is a deal breaker for the right person).

We are all fourth year female students, either finishing our degrees, beginning postgrad, or working. All very social and down for a drink, but also respect each others space. Looking for someone like-minded!
