We are a family , A couple and a 5 year old girl living in this house and just looking for 1 lady to stay in one of our rooms so We will not have more housemates in this house for other rooms. you will have your own fridge and cooking facilities and also can use kitchen. the room would be fully furnished with a bed ,desk and big wardrobe, curtains and all are new and you will be the first one using the room after renovation. there is a on street car park just beside the house. Recently renovated included -heat pumps -endless hot water
-laundry with new washing machine -Large deck with great views
-big garden space with established native trees that bring birds singing every day.
