About the room
Hi! Room for rent in a relaxing house🏡, Come join us for 2023!
Modern 2 levels, 4.5 bedroom house, open plan kitchen and double lounge equiped with 2x large TVs! 📺📺 and a deck. All kitchenwares provided.
The bedrooms are on the second floor so minimum noise from kitchen/lounge.
You’ll have your own linen cupboard and get to use the Vege patch too! 🥬🥕🌱.
Location: Silverdale (Millwater)
- 5️⃣minutes drive to Countdown Silverdale, KFC, Gym, Swimming Pool (or 15 minutes 👣)
- 🔟 mins to Hibiscus Coast Station with NX bus going to the CBD every 10minutes.
- 🔟 minutes to banks, dentists, doctors, PaknSave, Briscoe, Rebel Sports, MightyApe, Silverdale Mall etc.
- 1️⃣5️⃣ minutes north to Orewa beach 🏖
- 1️⃣5️⃣ minutes south to Albany mall
- 1️⃣7️⃣ minutes drive to Massy Uni 🎓
The room:
Sunny, double bedroom with large wardrobe for your fashion needs. There is enough space to fit a desk and you’re welcomed to work from home. Bathroom is only shared with couple 1, and there’s a seperate toilet downstairs so not to worry about emergencies.
Rent: 3 weeks bond + 1 week rent in advance.
Furnished $225, (queen bed + bedside tables) or unfurnished $215, plus expenses.
Room is available from February, flexible for the right person. Viewing is welcomed from 15th January.
Preferably female and no couples sorry!
About the roomies
There are currently two couples 👫👫in our late 20s -early/mid 30s. Love house plants🪴, golf ⛳️ beer 🍺 and big foodies 🥘!
- Couple 1 (owners): late 20 early 30s a Banker and Accountant.
- Couple 2: early 30s work in Emergency Services and Digital Marketing.
- Bonus flatmate: 11 month old puppy, she’s hypoallergenic (Maltese Shihzu Cross). Loves human and most importantly house trained and non-yappy.
We are relaxing and likes having few drinks🍹🍸🍻 and movie nights together and flat dinner every few weeks. If you can bring in new flat activities idea then that’s even better.
