Self contained and private, semi rural location, beside harbour. Ideal for person or couple who like walking, cycling, kayaking and living on the edge of the city but a short drive to the amenities of Dunedin. 20 minutes drive to town, or cycle on new cycleway. One bedroom, plus spare room, own bathroom, large open plan living/kitchen, with heat pump, front loader washing machine, sofa, table and chairs, microwave. Back door opens to verandah and small private garden area. Across the road from harbour beach, dairy, pub, bus stop. Good local walks. Share internet, separate power to flat. It would suit someone who wants peace and quiet.

As the flat is self contained, with its own front and back doors, bathroom, kitchen etc, we see little of whoever is living in the flat, (which was built for my elderly father), other than the occasional chat in the street. I (female 60’s) and my son (20’s, student) live in a different part of the house.
