About the flat This 3-bedroom flat is located on the ground floor of a newly built (2016) eight-storey building in Abel Smith Street, Te Aro. It’s a 5-minute walk from the shops, restaurants and bars on Cuba Street but still feels like a fairly quiet neighbourhood giving its central location!

Common areas include a spacious and bright open plan kitchen, living room and dining area. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 outdoor spaces – one is covered and great for hanging out clothes to dry.

About the room This medium partly-furnished bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and wardrobe. It has one window looking out to the courtyard so gets lots of natural light. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

Bills are around $25 per person a week.

You’ll be living with Angela (33, content writer from Scotland) and Luke (31, teacher from Australia). We recently moved to Wellington and share the largest room in the apartment. We love hiking, camping, and generally exploring new places. We’re both tidy, respectful, friendly and like to socialise whilst also valuing time to ourselves.

One other bedroom is available in the apartment, and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with them.
