Lachlan's room

Your room, should you choose to accept it, contains a queen bed+mattress, a small desk that you may wish to upgrade into something bigger anyway (in which case we will just put it in the garage no biggie) and a gloriously spacious balcony overlooking our front lawn that could be used for all kinds of stuff.The house itself is literally across the road from a big Countdown, with several restaurants nearby. There is also a bus stop right outside the gate for easy access to Newmarket or the CBD.

The house is also inside a gated driveway so it’s secure and peaceful. It has a small front lawn (that could do with a bit of lovin) and a backyard with a deck we use for hanging laundry. There’s a garage that currently houses two of our cars, but there’s easily enough driveway for another parked car. You’ll be sharing a bathroom on the second floor with two others (1M 1F) but the first floor has an extra toilet too.

No pets or smokers sorry, per the contract with the property manager.

Hello, our 5th flatmate (of 4) is leaving this year, so we are looking for a clean and reliable flatmate to join us in our 4 bedroom flat in Greenlane! We are all professionals (1MF couple, 1M and 1F) in our 20s, 3/4 are art and animation majors, currently working in various creative industries + an electrician.

It’s a bit of a nerd flat; if you’re into video games, board games, D&D, movies or anime, you’ll surely fit right in. And yknow what? Even if you aren’t, that’s cool too.
