About the room
Hi, Looking for a second flat mate to fill the third room in my flat. The house is located near Awahuri so about a 5 minute drive to Palmy and an 11 minute drive to ohakea airbase. The house has just had new underfloor insulation, underlay and carpet installed. There is a fireplace with plenty of wood out the back in the large backyard complete with a fire pit and outdoor entertaining area. There are 3 pets there, my 14 week old German shepherd puppy and the flatmates Pomeranian and cat so unfortunately will not be taking anymore pets.
This flat is not a party flag however we do enjoy socialising with one another.

About the roomies
1 of the flat mates is working full time and has a pet pomeranian and cat. The second flat mate is working on rotating shift work so comes and goes at all times of the day and night.
