Prospect Terrace

We are looking for two new flat mates to fill both of the large rooms in our flat located in the center of Mt Eden. This is a great location that is close to the city and major motorways, as well as being within walking distance to the heart of Dominion Road, Mt Eden village and Eden Park There is parking up the driveway for all 4 of us, and plenty out on the street. Bathroom would be shared by the two new tenants. One room has a walk-in wardrobe, the other room has access to a small deck directly inside the room, both have plenty of space for Queen size bed. Move in date would be first week of March as that is when the new lease will be signed, can be flexible with move in date in February if need be.

You will be living with two young professionals in their mid-twenties. We both lead fairly busy and independent lives, and we’d be keen for flat mates who are friendly, considerate and tidy. We enjoy our sports and watching TV together on occasion and consider ourselves easy to get along with.
