We are looking for someone who wants their own private space in Birkdale, North Shore. We have a downstairs area with a large bedroom (5.6x3.6m) which will easily fit a queen bed, couch, TV, desk with plenty of storage (large double wardrobe). You will have your own bathroom and separate kitchenette.

• 13 minutes drive to Victoria Park, Auckland CBD (no traffic)
• Bus stop to CBD one minute from the house
• 4 minutes drive to Birkenhead
• 2 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk to nearest supermarket (New World)
• Plenty of off-street parking
• Lots of storage - large cupboard in bathroom, and double wardrobe in bedroom

We are a friendly couple looking to rent out our downstairs area. Both in our early 30s and busy with full time work. Ideal candidate would be someone who is looking for their own space.
