The house has 3 double-bedrooms and a large lounge with good flow to outside supported by an ample kitchen area. Situated minutes from the motorway and the Northwest shopping centre, schools, parks and reserves, cafes & restaurants, you’ll be enjoying everything this great location has to offer.
Currently there is a couple living in the master (owners) with a 1 yr baby.
We are looking at renting or double bedroom. You will share the bathroom and kitchen with all flatmates.
Rent is $250/week.
No smokers,no pets.. 2 weeks’ notice to move out.
