Looking for 2 flatmates (individual or friends) to rent in my cozy 3 bedroom cottage on Adelaide road in Newtown. The house has 2 living spaces, new paint and carpet, a small back garden, on street parking and a heat pump! Both rooms fit a double bed, with plenty of space and natural light. House is furnished but the two rooms available are not. Perfect location for someone working at the hospital, with a 2min walk to a bus stop into the city.
Rent is $300 per week for each room (plus expenses which I am yet to calculate). Bond $600 + 1 week rent in advance. Move in after January 13th. Send me a message and we can arrange a viewing. LGBTQ+ friendly!
About the roomies
Youll be living with a 55 year old school teacher who is fit and healthy with a positive attitude. I am easygoing and love the outdoors, but also enjoy staying in and watching movies with my flatmates. There will also be a adorable little Bichon poodle staying in the flat occasionally who is very friendly and loves snuggling.
