This room fits a single or double bed, has a large wardrobe, lockable bedroom door and shares a full bathroom. There is a large fully furnished shared living, dining and kitchen with shared laundry. Access to a lovely fully fenced, private garden and patio. Bus stops right outside. 15 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bus/train to CBD or University or airport. Lots of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby. The Onehunga Pool complex, Cornwall Park and One tree hill are just 10 minutes walk away with a view of the park from the lounge. We are a non smoking house and are not accepting couples, or people with pets at this time.

Two full time female flatmates in their early 20s. Main tenant is a full-time 2nd year University student and musician. The second flatmate is a full-time working student. 3rd flatmates are relatives in their 50s, who only come for brief stays during the month.
