Large, modern, airconditioned 4 bedroom townhouse in Royal Oak centre. This queen room shares a full bathroom with another flatmate. There is a large fully furnished shared living, dining and kitchen. Shared garage. Access to a lovely fully fenced, private garden and patio. Bus stops right outside. 15 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bus/train to CBD or University or airport. Lots of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby. The Onehunga Pool complex, Cornwall Park and One tree hill are just 10 minutes walk away with a view of the park from the lounge. The bedroom comes unfurnished, would need to bring own furniture. Street Parking only.
