Very centrally located on Anzac ave. Close to Britomart, courts, universities, groceries, restaurants, cafes. It is a two bed apartment in a secure, clean and boutique complex. The apt itself is clean, well kept and spacious. Bathroom is shared and has a shower, a separate washer and dryer.
It is a good size double room with a Queen bed (new mattress), a bedside table and a built-in wardrobe.
You’ll be only sharing the apt with me.
Preferred flatmate: I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and responsible (share utility bills, chores, treat it like your own home). Communication is important. Would be great if you also enjoy having a casual chat or share an occasional cuppa or drink together - but its okay if you prefer to keep to yourself - often, I like to do that too. I am not really a party person and value a space that is calm and quiet.
I am also open to let out short-term (few weeks) to mid-term (few months)!
