Part of a 6 bedroom house with Private Access. We’re renting out a 2 bedroom + Living Room + 1 Toilet on the Ground floor with parking space outside. Most essential facilities and furniture will be provided, such as microwave, fridge, mattress, wardrobe etc.

A lot of privacy and autonomy is given to the flatmates as they can enter/exit and go about their daily lives without disturbance from existing residents and vice versa.

We’re looking to rent $280 p/wk Including bills PER Large room. You’re free to rent 1 or both rooms at any given time.

The property neighbors a natural reserve with unrestricted view of the forest. Hence if you’re a fan of quiet and greenery, this is the place to be! There’s an easily accessible forest walk to clear your mind and be in-tune with nature whenever desired.

The ground floor is surrounded by a garden lawn that will be managed by a professional contractor and kept tidy.

The 2 bedrooms are huge with a fantastic view of the forest and garden lawn. There’s enough space for a Large Bed + Working Desk (if desired), and more space for storage of any kind.

There’s already a built in wardrobe to store your belongings and clothes.

The living room already has an existing round table and chairs for communal activities.

We’re looking for Responsible flatmates. Flatmates that respect the space by keeping it clean, as well as keeping noises low when it’s dark.

Although there’s much autonomy since it is a separate space, they know how to manage the space and keep it in good condition.
