Beautiful home located in Whitby, Porirua. Rent includes utilities (wifi; gas & electricity; waste). Sunny, spacious room, with lots of built-in cupboard space. Room has previously easily accommodated a queen sized bed and 2 large bedside tables, and a small desk. Carpeted. Located upstairs and separate to the communal living area downstairs. Has a radiator for the colder months. Bathroom next door to your room has a shower and a bath. This bathroom will be used mostly by you as there is an en-suite for the other bedroom. Has a lovely little garden for soaking up some sun or having a bbq. Has off street parking for your vehicle.

I’m originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, but I’ve been living in New Zealand for six years. My friends would describe me as easy-going and independent. In my free time I like to be outside, going on walks, at the beach or gardening. I’m an avid reader and love to paint. I’m a pretty social person, so most weekends are spent with family and friends, but I’m just as happy on the couch with a glass of wine and a night in.

You’ll be sharing space with me, my loveable Lab, Roxy, and two chilled cats, Pedro and Frankie.

Open to sharing a meal every now and then, having a yarn on the couch, want home to feel like a home. A relaxed, respectful, peaceful, and clean home vibe is important to me.
