Rongotai Road

Hello lovely people. I am looking for two nice single people to join me in a house in Rongotai. Ideally, long term renters, like me, who want to settle and make a warm, supportive home. The house is spacious, 4 bedrooms (having three people in the house gives us an extra little sitting room, an office to work from home, or a place for overnight grandchildren) and a lock up garage. It is sunny and has a full section, I have a vege patch, but there is room to expand the garden. I am semiretired, I find the usual flat situation is geared to younger people and, while not being ageist, this may suit older people. Or not, it’s the right people I am looking for, rather than a particular age. The two rooms are $220 and $285, with $30 for expenses. We can talk if you would like the little room as well or use of the garage.

I’m semi-retired, a long term renter (like and increasing number of older people). I love to garden, cook and read. I’d like to be able to share some meals and a glass of wine. Share your life adventure stories and I’ll share mine!
