Point Chevalier, Auckland 1022

Vintage 3 bed bungalow in Point Chevalier. The main bus route is just up the road with buses into the city every ten minutes. Your room is very sunny and away from traffic noise (the neighbours have a small dog though). There’s lots of parking on our street and the beach is a 10 minute walk away. All amenities such as supermarket, pub, bars, cafes and library are just around the block. We are a couple in our early 60s and would like someone younger who is quiet, tidy and easy to live with. There are two cats and a lush fair-sized garden. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, a desk and it has a built in wardrobe. It’s a good room for a single person. We prefer a long term arrangement, our current roomie has been here for years doing a PHD.

I work from a separate building and my partner does his own thing. A bit of friendly company would be nice, but if you’re not social that’s ok.
