Walmer Road

We own a little vintage 3 bed bungalow in Point Chevalier. The main bus route is just up the road with buses into the city every ten minutes. Your room is very sunny and away from traffic noise (the neighbours have kids and a small dog though). There’s lots of parking on our street and the beach is a 10 minute walk away. All amenities such as supermarket, pub, bars, cafes and library are just around the block. We are a couple in our 50s and would like someone who is easy going, tidy and easy to live with. There are two cats and a lush fair-sized garden. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, a small desk and it has a smallish build in wardrobe. There’s also a standing mirror and a large TV (which we can take out if you don’t want it). It’s a decent sized room for a single.

We both work mainly from home, but I do so from a separate building and my husband from his office. He’s in and out all the time, doing lots of sports. I tend to be stuck in the workshop, or potter around in the garden, or doing bits of DIY on the house. Each tends to do their own thing, having cups of tea together in passing.
