Remuera Road

The area is probably the best part of this place, since it’s a 4 minute walk from the Newmarket train station as well as Newmarket itself. The location of the apartment is on the rear end of the building so it’s quiet and you can leave doors/windows open with very little worry. The available room is one of two, and is the larger of the two. There’s no bed however plenty of room for any sized bed you’d want. It has a closet and a large window, as well as a large sliding door which acts as the front door of the apartment. There’s a ton of natural light and thick curtains if you want dark. There’s room for one car in the drive way. There are 2 other residents living in the same “house” who live next to and above this apartment. The next door neighbours are quiet and the upstairs neighbours aren’t perfect, but definitely not unreasonable. All expenses are included in the rent therefore water, wifi, electricity etc. is all sorted. All white-wares are here, I myself have provided a kettle, microwave and a toaster. No pets are allowed on the property unfortunately, landlord rules. The room has AC/heating as well!
