THE ROOM

Can easily fit a queen (or king) bed, side tables, dresser, desk, drawers and has a double built-in wardrobe. On the second story, private, lots of windows making it bright and airy with views of treetops – plus you get morning AND afternoon sun (including sunset views out west). You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other female – and it has a bath!

THE HOUSE

Sunny, modern, warm and bright. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Lots of storage for linen and things. Internal double garage used as extra storage for bikes, surf boards, washing machine, dryer and second fridge. Outdoor area for lounging around and entertaining. Heat pump and double-glazed means warm in winter.

THE FLATTIES

In the ensuite upstairs are a French couple mid-30s who own and manage two French cafes in the area. Early 30s female working in communications is in the queen room who you’ll be sharing a bathroom with. Downstairs is a female early-30s who works at the airport and uses the downstairs bathroom. This flattie leaves early and gets home late from work so it’ll mainly be three flatties you share the place with.

IDEAL FLATTIE Friendly, social but also likes their own time and space. Clean, tidy and considerate of others. Similar age thirty-forty years old.
