I have a three bedroom house available to rent, however one room is already taken by Jemma. The house is semi furnished and has a separate kitchen/dining space, lounge and also a double conservatory, which conveniently heats the entire house in the daytime! It also has a heat pump, 2 heaters, and a decent sized garden.
