A short 20 minute drive to work in the city in the mornings. Modern kitchen and bathroom, cosy/sunny living space with heating, extra storage in the garage for your belongings, outdoor deck area for socialising and backyard space with a lawn and decent sized clothes line. If you have a small dog, they could be negotiable.
