About the room

Hi!

I currently have 1 bedroom (suitable for a single) and one large double lounge room (suitable for a couple or someone wanting their own, extra space) available in my large, double storey home in Dinsdale. It’s located down a safe and quiet cal-de-sac. No road or city noise 😇

THE ROOMS: All rooms are decent sized with lots of natural light. Rooms are unfurnished.

Larger room - my previous flatmates had it set up as their own private sanctuary with their bed and bedroom furniture, a lounge area with couch, wall mounted TV, eating table and a study desk! If you are wanting your very own space, this is the room for you.

THE HOUSE: Me, my partner and my 2 cats occupy the master room which is located on the first floor where the kitchen, 2x dining areas, main lounge, powder room and laundry are located. We also have a 32yo professional, working male in an upstairs room. He keeps to himself and is often out, visiting his friends or partner.

My kitchen is nice and roomy which can accommodate everyone at meal times. I also have a separate pantry and fridge, for extra food storage.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (1 occupied), my office, the extra large room and a generous sized bathroom with separate toilet.

RENT / BOND: Standard room - $230 per week Large room - $290 (single) or $390 (couple) per week Rent includes reasonable bills - power, gas, wifi, shared cleaning supplies (rubbish bags and cleaning products). Security deposit/bond - $550 (single) or $850 (couple).

ABOUT YOU: I’m ideally looking for mature, working professionals who are fun, friendly and respectful - who know the ins and outs of living with others.

ABOUT ME: I’m fairly social and love to cook! I’m a young 34yo female who works in the construction industry as a sales consultant. I like to keep a tidy home and respect others privacy/alone time.
