Hi!

I currently have 2-3 bedrooms available in my large, double storey home in Dinsdale which is close to Aberdeen School.

Rent is $190 (single) or $350 (couple) per week excluding bills - paid in advance.

Bond is $550

I, the owner, occupy the master/ensuite which is located downstairs. Also on the bottom floor is the kitchen, 2x dining areas, lounge, powder room and laundry.

Upstairs is 3 bedrooms, a lounge and a bathroom with seperate toilet which will be shared.

All rooms are decent size with lots of natural light and built in wardrobes. These are unfurnished but can help with a bed and some draws if you need.

I have fibre, Netflix, Disney+, Neon, Amazon Prime available.

No pets as I have cats already.

I’m ideally looking for 25+ full time working professionals who are polite, friendly and respectful who like to keep to themselves but can also be social at times. I don’t party but have visitors from time to time. I enjoy the odd wine and platter on the weekends.
