The house gets all day sun which you can enjoy on the front deck or relax in the backyard. The Kitchen and dining is open plan, which leads to a lounge where you can relax and catch up on your latest Netflix binge. The bedroom itself is light and sunny, overlooking the back garden. There’s a built in wardrobe, but the room is unfurnished so would need your own bed etc. There’s also a downstairs area which I’ve converted into a home gym space. You’d be living with myself, female, 34 and work in advertising. Easy going, work hard during the week and like to come home after work and relax, catch up with friends etc on weekends. Looking for a similar minded working professional (26-38), who is clean, tidy and respectful of others. No students or couples please. I’d prefer someone who didn’t work from home, would be open to 1 day a week. Off-street parking available.

Rent: $335 per week (includes gas, water, internet, electricity). Toilet paper, cleaning products etc additional.

Bond/Move in costs: One months’ rent plus one week rent in advance. Move-in date: 24th March 2024 (can be negotiable)

Non negotiables: – Equal share of cleaning – Pays rent and bills on time – No parties
