2 bedrooms available mid-February in a new build family home in Te Puna. Central location, 8m drive to the beach, 10m drive to Bethlehem Countdown, 15m to city center. Looking for 2 female flatmates (couples negotiable).

$220 per week for the smaller bedroom, $230 per week for the bigger bedroom. Rent includes reasonable usage of power and water.

Each bedroom comes with a good size wardrobe. Bed will be provided (you can also use your own). 2 flatmates will be sharing a toilet and a bathroom.

You will be living with a young family, so must be ok with kids.
