After nearly 2 years someone is moving on and the biggest room in the house (it’s massive!) is available to rent.

Huge room with double wardrobe available in Otahuhu bungalow. Nice big sheltered deck & bbq, off street parking, all mod cons, Alarm, CCTV, DVS, 2 fridge freezers. Ultra fast fibre WIFI.

You’ll join a house with 2 existing flatmates & well behaved fur-flatties (pic now updated).

Fully fenced so B.Y.O. friendly, well socialised & house trained (under 20kg) dog is negotiable.

Unfortunately we can’t have cats as my terrier is a terrorist :(

Smokers outside ok.

We try not to do passive aggressive here, things seem to always flow best when we communicate with each other and there’s no hidden agendas. We’re not confrontational, we just like living as stress free a life as possible.

Additional Costs: EXPENSES include Power, WIFI, Water (divided by flatmates); plus House Kitty which is $10 per week & pays for household items like coffee, tea, toilet paper, toothpaste, cleaning products, green bin, alarm monitoring, bbq gas etc. MOVE IN COST: BOND 3 weeks rent + 1 week in advance

Added bonus if you’re a dog person… you also get to share the house with a well behaved, house trained dog and sometimes their fur-friends too.
