I have a fully furnished room available for a single working/studying person. There is an office room with space to share should you wish to use it. Property is within walking distance to shops and the bus stop.

I am a solo 35 year old male that will be studying at EIT this year and I have a cat. I am a quiet, respectful and tidy person and I would expect the same from you as well (Not a party house). You must be cat-friendly, a non-smoker, able to pay rent on time, and be clean and tidy.
