Hobson Street

This 2 bedrooms and 1-bathroom apartment is located in the heart of CBD at Hobson Street. It’s only 5 mins walk to the sky tower and very easy access to the southern, west, and northern motorway. It has an in-house gym facility and 24/7 security system. The unit has been repainted about 4 months back. This does not include a car park, but there is a lot of monthly Wilson parking available in the area and an opportunity to rent a car park in the building (tenant to take care of).

The ideal flatmate will be a long-term tenant that is responsible and has good screening (ref, background, and credit checks). The move-in cost is 4 wks bond and 2 wks rent in advance.

Bills: water, electricity, internet will be shared between tenants

I am Hanifah, originally from Indonesia but have been living in Belgium for 3 years. I am a geologist working on a research project at the University of Auckland. I speak Indonesian, English, Japanese, and French.

I am a hygiene freak and allergic to smoke. I am no party animal but love to have a chill dinner or quality time (e.g., movie night, get-togethers) with friends, and/or flatmates inside the house. I love cooking but I always keep my space clean and well-maintained.

Due to my love for traveling, I have been to 22 countries and been exposed to different cultures along the way, leading me to fall in love with diversity. In Belgium, I live with other 2 working girls around my age (25 and 27 y.o) from France and the Philippines, so I am open to diversity in the house, ideally, I am looking for a female-only flatmate who will stay for a long-term (at least 1 year in Auckland).

I’ll be doing my research most of the time so I hope the flatmate can also maintain the peaceful vibe in the house. People who are working or students are welcome, yet, sadly animals are not allowed.
