Come live in our awesome 1940s art deco flat! Super close to uni 5 min walk from UoA and AUT city campus. 10 minute walk to Queen Street Super Spacious, large lounge room great for having people over or friends stay. Your room - Super large room perfect for a couple or someone who loves there space, two built in wardrobes, and two large window views over the outdoor yard and street. Unfortunately will not come furnished however I do have a double mattress spare if required while you settle in : ) The old nighttime photos of the room are just an example of how much you can fit in e.g. king bed, big desk
Water is included in rent but elec and wifi are seperate comes to about $67 (per person) all together per month
Bathroom - bath/shower combo, washer and dryer Kitchen - large fridge and pantry, stove, air frier, toaster, kettle (the only thing we don’t own is a microwave).
