Jess's room

This is a 3 bedroom home. My partner and I own the property however we are essentially moving out to be closer to family once our baby is born! (Mid Feb) The house can come furnished with: Lounge suite, TV, Fridge, front loader washing machine, oven, dishwasher, and a double bed in each room if you wish (138cm x 188cm). There is a new Daikin heat pump in the lounge as well! Works a treat.

There are two rooms available:

1. 4 x 5m. You have your own shower and bath in the hallway. The toilet is located in the laundry. There is a ceiling fan in this room and a large cupboard space with shelving.

2. Size 4 x 3m. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet next to the room, essentially an ensuite. There is cupboard space with one high shelf and bar for hangers.

Lounge and Dining open planned. Lounge and bedrooms are carpeted, less than a year ago. The kitchen is small but can be closed off which is actually quite nice!

Deck - there is a 60m2 deck, just a few months old.

My partner and I plan to visit occasionally just to look after the property.

What roomies? The cool landlords will mostly be elsewhere.

We are otherwise two healthcare professionals and also run our own business doing property maintenance
