Felicity's room

Short term room available in a warm and comfortable house in Lower Shotover. Somewhat flexible with dates but looking to fill the room for around 8 weeks.

The house gets a lot of sun and the living spaces are spacious and comfortable and we have a good sized backyard. We are a 5 minutes walk away from the nearest bus stop that can take you into Frankton or town.

The room comes furnished along with its own bathroom. Off street parking. Location would probably best suit a couple with a car.

It is just myself (Felicity) and my partner Dave along with our cat Clem in the house. We both work full time and are generally quiet during the week and like to catch up with friends and family during the weekends. We are past our partying days and more into having a nice house to come home to at the end of the day. Dave works from home so we are looking for people that will be respectful of that.
