Wellington Kelburn - across from the park, across from VIC Uni, hop skip and a jump to the cable car. Hi peeps - Two rooms will be available. One is moving on and the other (me) trying to move on. A great spot for uni students with Kelburn Campus across the road. All rooms would be fine for two friends or couples.

The room available is known as the long room will be $250 per week (1000+250=$1250 4 weeks bond and 1 weeks rent in advanced for a single person) This does not include expenses.

For a couple in the long room it would be 300 per week. (1200+300=1500 4 weeks bond and 1 weeks rent for a couple) This does not include expenses.

For my room available it is the largest room in the house so it would be great for a couple. It is a bit pricey but it would still be good for a university couple or a just a couple in general. Room is currently tenanted at $410 per week by myself. (1640+410=2050 4 weeks bond and 1 weeks rent)

Perks of the rooms: The small room will fit a double/queen size. Ample wardrobe space. Has a desk, so a drawer can fit in the space.

Large is able to fit a queen or a king bed. There are is no wardrobe space but if you have the creative flare you can really work wonders with the bedroom space.

4weeks bond required and one weeks in advance. Expenses are almost $40.00 per week
