Hello, I am going to be away for 3 months (1st of April to 1st of July) As I am going on holiday. I will be subletting my room —- as pictured. It is a one bedroom in my CBD (2 room) apartment. It is the coolest building on queen street with so much character, high ceilings, old windows an amazing view of the city, you don’t want to miss this! The price is $265 a week + expenses, opportunities like this don’t come often so so cheap for how spacious the apartment is. NO CAR PARK AVAILABLE.
Also Able to take over my roommates room when SHE leaves in July overseas. —
Power $50 (around) month
Water $22.50 month - this can get paid end of each month whilst you are already here.
