Looking for a flatmate to move into a beautiful spacious flat in Glen Eden. The large double room is available from now and comes with off-road carparking. The room also has its own private entrance to the main bathroom. Also, have a lounge that opens up to an outdoor patio where we have a vege garden with plenty to share.

This is a great flat with a short distance to Sozo Café, Parrs Park and the Oratia Farmers Market. With plenty of bus stops near by and situated to two train stations (Sunnyvale and Glen Eden) it is easy to get around.

Looking for someone similar age (25-30), preferably a working professional, who’s relaxed, tidy, and wants somewhere peaceful to call home. No smokers or couples sorry.
