Looking for a female flatmate in Pakuranga, Farm cove Large room with own Heat pump/A/C in a nice clean big house recently refurbished. Large modern kitchen. You will share a bathroom /shower and 2 toilet with 1 female flatmate. The house located in a safe and quite area and an established neighbourhood. 1 minute walk to the sea and Rotary walkway , 5 mins walk to the bus stop and 10 mins by bus to halfmoon bay ferry which takes you to the city, easy access to motorways. Existing flatmates 1 male , 2 female all full time working professionals. Rent $205 per week does not include bills and internet. Viewing available by appointment .The room is furnished at the moment but we can remove the furniture if you have your own furniture.
