Carol's room

We have a quiet, homely self-contained standalone cabin, with its own entrance, along with off street parking on the premises. Located in Tauranga, we approximately;

• 650 meters from QE Centre / Memorial Park;
• 1.6 kilometers to Fraser Cove Shopping Center;
• 1.8 kilometers to Tauranga Hospital;
• 2.3 kilometers to Strand / downtown Tauranga.

We are looking to rent out our cabin, ideally to a professional working person or a couple who:

• may have work commitments 2-4 days per week in Tauranga;
• are coming from overseas & looking for an initial short term base.

Because of the different renting options we are open to considering, we would prefer to discuss rental cost / security deposit directly with you if you are interested.

Cabin is a smoke free zone

We are a professional working couple in our mid 50’s who enjoy meeting people. We are active and enjoy a variety of outdoor pursuits.
