Hi, I’m looking for one other person to share a beautiful two bedroom townhouse in East Tamaki with me.

The house is furnished but the room is unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe and also has an ensuite. The room isn’t the biggest, but would fit a queen bed and a set of draws easily.

There’s also a small garden, if you like gardening, otherwise I’m happy to loathe the gardening together!

The townhouse is part of a group of other townhouses so there is a shared pool and tennis court that are available for use.

The house is situated on a very quiet street and is very close to botany town centre, supermarkets, food places and easy access to the motorway.

I’m a busy working professional, so I’m out and about a lot, I enjoy spending time with friends although I can be quite social I do like to just relax at home at times.

I like to think of my place as a home, so I like to keep it pretty clean and tidy. I’m in my 30’s and my partner is a similar age, so we’re a bit past the party life, so looking for someone that is mature and easy to get along with.
