Female Flatmate Wanted

One room available mid-late Feb. The flat is a modern two-level duplex, 3 bedroom + 1 study and 3 bathrooms. The room available is the only room upstairs, can fit a queen bed, comes with an ensuite and a small walk-in closet.

Rent is $220 per week including water and internet. Power/gas expenses are evenly divided and paid for as it comes every month.

Move-in costs: Bond - 4 weeks ($880)

House is fully furnished, you just need your own bedroom furniture. House is new-ish since we were the first tenants (moved in 2 years ago)

Location is in Lynfield, Auckland. 10min walk to the Lynfield shops (Countdown, post shop, takeaways, restaurants etc. Also walking distance to a popular cafe (Melba Hillsborough). 15-20min drive to CBD. 7 walk to the bus stops. 10-12min drive to either St Lukes Mall or LynnMall. Lots of great walks and parks around the area.

We have one designated car park on a shared driveway but with lots of parking on the street.

Looking for someone ideally aged 25 and above, responsible, tidy and cleans up after themselves especially in the communal areas. You will be living with 3 other people, all working full-time. NOT A PARTY FLAT. We’re all easy-going and friendly but also respectful of each others personal time.

No pets, no smokers and no couples.
